1. Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment and dispatch from our facility. Once a tracking number has been generated and the order has entered physical transit, cancellations can no longer be processed due to the temperature-sensitive nature of peptide compounds. If you need to request a cancellation, submit your order reference through our contact portal immediately following order placement.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
All shipments undergo strict quality verification prior to sealing. In the event that a shipment arrives with broken seal integrity, damaged packaging, or discrepancy in catalog item numbers, you must notify our laboratory support within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please provide high-resolution photographs of the exterior packaging, inner vials, and packing slip. Approved discrepancies will be resolved with an immediate replacement dispatch.
3. Research-Use Handling and Storage
All compounds provided by Peptide Corps are strictly designated for laboratory research, in vitro diagnostic studies, and analytical reagents only. Products are not for human consumption, therapeutic, or clinical use. Due to safety protocols and strict chain-of-custody requirements, lyophilized products that have left our custody cannot be returned to laboratory stock. Customers are responsible for verifying storage temperature protocols (-20C lyophilized / refrigerated reconstituted) upon receipt.
