Payment methods and order processing.
Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), direct bank wire transfers (ACH / SEPA), and select cryptocurrencies. All transactions are billed in USD. Credit and debit card authorizations occur in real time at checkout, while wire transfer instructions are provided during order submission.
Order confirmation
Upon successful verification of payment, an automated confirmation email containing your order reference, itemized summary, and digital invoice is issued immediately. Please review all laboratory destination details upon receipt of your invoice.
Failed or declined payments
If a transaction fails or is declined by your issuing institution, the order remains in pending status for 24 hours before automatic cancellation. Common causes include daily institutional spending limits or address mismatches; please consult your card issuer before re-authorizing.
Cryptocurrency payments
Direct on-chain settlements are supported in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT-ERC20). Cryptocurrency transactions must include standard network gas fees and require a minimum of two blockchain confirmations prior to fulfillment release.
Payment security
All transactions are conducted over encrypted TLS 1.3 protocols and processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. Card data is tokenized directly at the browser level; Peptide Corps does not store, retain, or access raw payment credentials.
